Sanded and shaped the chines and bow and taped over the holes on the inside from the screws (removed) and filled with epoxy resin using a syringe.   When epoxy gelled I filled over the holes with epoxy / microballoon mix for easy sanding flush.  The epoxy had soaked in and left a small dip.  While that gets hard and cures got busy with preparing glass for reinforcing the chines.

Got to grind and cut tiles tomorrow morning for my sisters patio.  The edges are a nightmare with skew walls and lots of pillars /corners.  Will spend a few hours there and wizz home and sand the bottom of Nuts smooth before going to the airport.  Will be all ready for starting glassing when we return from Terceira.
